Biography
Dr. Rhoads is a Professor in the College of Business at Kutztown University. Her research interests include leadership development, business strategy, entrepreneurship, healthcare cost management, and integrative health practices. She is also the CEO of HPL Consortium, Inc. developing technology tools to help people connect toward health, prosperity, and leadership; and Managing Director of HPL 501c3 Institute, its non-profit partner. She is a prolific author, with 9 books and more than two hundred articles and columns published.
